Mail Minders
This postal mail service is exclusive to Action Tax. We receive and administer postal mail for clients worldwide. Mail is either directed or re-directed to Mail Minders and we deal with it based on previous instructions of our clients.
The Mail Minders Service
For most clients, we open the mail, determine its status and then take the necessary action. Urgent or important mail is scanned to email on the day it is received. Non urgent mail is put in the client’s assigned mail basket. Our service extends to communicating on behalf of clients, paying their bills for them and postage or courier as required. For overseas clients, we can even recceive goods in bulk, re-package and send on to New Zealand locations.
Travellers
Off you go and leave us to look after your mail. Wherever you are, as long as you have the internet, we will scan or email you anything that needs urgent
action.
Business People
Do you have time to clear and open your mail each day. Perhaps you are on the road or just a busy person. You concentrate on your work and we will look after your mail.
No Fixed Abode
Not sure where you're heading? Just moving around a lot? Use us as your postal address and we will manage your mail and communicate with you via email.
